Broadsheet #06 Anna Brones

Broadsheet is a single sheet of newspaper-sized paper featuring an individual artist, who is given freedom to determine the topic and contents of the page and support to make it a reality. It is intended to sit in the space between zine-making, artwork, and exhibition space. Broadsheet is curated and designed by Andrew Rease Shaw and produced under the Torpor House imprint.

Anna Brones is a writer, artist, and educator based in the Pacific Northwest. She works as a papercut artist, hand cutting illustrations from single pieces of paper, and is the author of several books including Fika: The Art of the Swedish Coffee Break and Live Lagom: Balanced Living the Swedish Way. She produces Creative Fuel, a newsletter and podcast, and is the founder of Creative Fuel Collective. A believer in using creative practice to cultivate a sense of place and presence, she leads a variety of workshops, talks, and mentorship programs to help people deepen their connection to creativity.
